This is possibly the best tip I've found so far for taking more action because it puts you in a state where you think little psychological resistance to the work you'll do. And it puts you in state where the right measures usually only seem to flow out of you in a focused but relaxed way and without much effort. One of many easiest approaches to talk with the present moment is simply to maintain your focus on your breathing for a minute or two.

When you shift to being interested your views move SWOOSH! and the world only opens up. Awareness is full of enthusiasm and anticipation. It opens you up. And when you're open and enthusiastic then you definitely have more enjoyable items to consider than focusing on your fear. How do you feel more interested?
One way is to recall How to have confidence and how life has become more fun in the past thanks to your awareness and to remember all of the cool things it helped you to learn and experience. Recognize that fear is usually based on unhelpful model. As humans we want to search for patterns.
The problem is exactly that we often find negative and not valuable habits in our lives based on just one or two experiences. Or by misjudging conditions. Or through some foolish miscommunication.
